This lunar eclipse was different. The moon turned red. I wondered if Eduardo was looking at it.

Melissa, you’re correct about the colors. I’m pretty sure the moon was a reddish color during the 10/27/2004 eclipse also. It is generally difficult to get good photographs with so little light. In the case of these photos the colors were not quite right.
